چکیده

Labor pain is a complex phenomenon with sensory, emotional and perceptive components considered one of the most serious types pain. Severe can affect increase in heart rate, respiratory system, blood pressure cause stress inhibit release hormone oxytocin which results inadequate contractions disruption cervical dilatation. The aim study was to assess effectiveness kneading technique deep breathing relaxation on intensity during first active phase labor mothers. This research method quasi experiment using two groups post test only design method. sampling purposive sample 40 people divided into 20 respondents intervention group control duration 7 months. Data analysis consisted bivariates Mann Whitney. showed that given for mothers mild scale 11 (55%). non-treated severe 18 (90%). Conclusion: There an effect techniques women p-value less than 0.0000. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sebanyak orang terbagi menjadi responden kelompok intervensi kontrol lama dilakukan selama bulan. Analisis data terdiri dari bivariat Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Intensitas diberikan bersalin skala ringan terapi berat Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh nilai kurang 0,0000

Breathing Patterns in Nonlinear Relaxation

In numerical experiments involving nonlinear solitary waves propagating through nonhomogeneous media one observes “breathing” in the sense of the amplitude of the wave going up and down on a much faster scale than the motion of the wave – see Fig. 2 below. In this paper we investigate this phenomenon in the simplest case of stationary waves in which the evolution corresponds to relaxation to a ...

Analysis and Comparison of PAPR Reduction Techniques in OFDM Systems

The destructive impact of fading environments and also bandwidth limitations are two main challenges which communication is dealing with them. These challenges can affect on the growth of wireless communication and even cause reliable communications and high data rate to be prevented. Thus, OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) modulation by using of fast calculation hardwares such ...

Relaxation techniques for acute pain management: a systematic review.

This review aims to document the effectiveness of relaxation techniques, when used alone for the management of acute pain, after surgery and during procedures. A systematic review of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) was undertaken. Seven studies involving 362 patients were eligible for this review. One hundred and fifty patients received active relaxation as the sole intervention. Reports we...
